Obama Lied About Jobs Created By Stimulus Programs


Obama overstated (Lied) about the number of jobs created or saved through the stimulus program. The $787 billion stimulus program claimed more than 30,000 positions paid for with recovery money. But that figure is overstated by least 5,000 jobs. The government has overstated by thousands the number of jobs it has created or saved with federal contracts under the president’s $787 billion recovery program. The $787 billion economic stimulus package is meant to save or create 3.5 million jobs. Obama continued putting out reports and making statements about how well the $787 billion investment is working. We see he was just misleading the country….Lying.

A Colorado company working with the Federal Communications Commission reported that stimulus money paid for 4,231 jobs, when less than 1,000 were produced. East Central Technical College in Douglas, Ga., claimed 280 stimulus jobs linked to more than $200,000 to buy trucks and trailers for commercial driving instruction, and a modular classroom and bathroom for a health education program. with recovery money, but none was created from stimulus spending. The 280 were not jobs, but the number of students who would benefit. A Florida child care center said its stimulus money saved 129 jobs but used the money on raises for existing employees. Teletech Government Solutions with a $28.3 million contract with the Federal Communications Commission for creation of a call center, reported creating 4,231 jobs. 3,000 of those workers were paid for five weeks or less. Koring Group received two FCC contracts, again for call centers. It reported hiring 26 people for each contract, or a total of 52 jobs, but cited the same workers for both contracts. The jobs only lasted about two months. Child Care Association of Brevard County in Cocoa, Fla., reported that the $98,669 saved 129 jobs. The money was used to give 129 employees a 3.9 percent cost-of-living raise. San Joaquin, Calif., Regional Rail Commission twice reported 125 jobs as part of a stimulus project to lay railroad track. As of October 29th, on its recovery.org Web site, the government was still citing 30,383 as the actual number of jobs linked so far to stimulus spending, despite the mistakes (Lies) the White House has now acknowledged and said were being corrected.

obama1. He has violated his oath to defend the US Constitution by exercising powers forbidden by the Constitution.

2. He has used public money to purchase private companies.

3. He has illegally tried to use public money to create publicly owned companies.

4. He has embezzled public money allocated by Congress for rescuing distressed private financial institutions, and used it to purchase automobile manufacturing companies.

5. He has given our public money to finance foreign automobile companies.

6. He has given our public money to a foreign state to finance their state-run oil company while refusing to allow us to develop our own oil resources.

7. He has violated the principle of balance of powers by usurping Congress’ role of law maker.

8. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

9. He has ignored the laws protecting us from the insolvency of financial institutions.

10. He has demanded and implemented Tax-and-Spend laws that inevitably lead to economic collapse.

11. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by appointing a judge to the Supreme Court based not on ability to interpret the Constitution, but on radical ideology and color of skin.

12. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Czars to harass our people and eat out their substance.

13. He has violated the balance of powers by appointing Czars with far reaching powers who are accountable to no one but himself.

14. He has as a matter of patronage stolen private industries from shareholders and given them to workers’ unions.

15. He has substantially benefitted his political financial supporters by giving public money to foreign industries.

16. He has arranged very large unscrupulous deals with private companies to exchange public money for his political advertising.

17. He has attempted to create a public industry, a health insurance company, that would compete with existing and similar private industries in open defiance of the consent of the people, and the letter and intent of the Constitution.

18. He has attempted to annul free of speech by setting up an illegal reporting system for recording the names of dissenters and by publicly attacking private citizens who oppose him.

19. He has counted illegal aliens as citizens to skew his standing with Congress.

20. He has illegally fired Inspectors General who found wrong-doing with his political crones.

21. He has attempted to insert himself into even the most personal life experience, our end of life care.

22. He has attempted to refuse to pay for medical treatment for wounded soldiers.

23. He has refused his assent to Laws of Congress, exercising false powers of veto that are contrary and insubordinate to the Constitution.

24. He has contradicted and violated the rule of law regarding bankruptcy after forcing the failure of one of our largest automakers.

25. He has appointed a Secretary of State who is ineligible for office.

26. He has attempted to force all citizens into mandatory servitude to the government.

27. He has wasted our precious time and resources on his pet projects, while neglecting to attend to critical issues of the general welfare.

28. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our lands, the merciless Islamo-fascist terrorists whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

29. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

30. He has combined with Communist, Socialists and Fascists to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our American character, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation.

31. He has, in collusion with an insolent and irresponsible Congress, imposed Taxes against our consent not only on us, but also on our beloved children and our grandchildren denying them any representation.

32. He has nullified parts of our Constitution, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally our Form of Government.

Japanese, Koreans Gain From Cash For Clunkers

539wJapanese and South Korean automakers registered the biggest market share gains in the “cash for clunkers” program that ended this week. Toyota Motor Corp (7203.T) Honda Motor Co Ltd (7267.T), Nissan Motor Co Ltd (7201.T), Hyundai Motor Co (005380.KS) capitalized on the program’s goal of pushing consumers away from gas guzzling sport utilities and pickups, to more efficient cars and trucks, preliminary sales figures showed.

I stated in a post, No one want’s to buy American cars, that’s why the sales were dropping in General Motors Co (GM.UL) and Chrysler. Nearly 700,000 sales, $2.87 billion in rebates. Cars outsold trucks, 2-1. Overseas manufacturers dominate in car sales.

According to the figures, Toyota’s “clunkers” market share was 19.4 percent, compared with its year-to-date U.S. share through July of 17 percent. Honda captured 13 percent of the “clunkers” market compared with 11 percent for the first seven months of the year.

Nissan accounted for nearly 9 percent of “clunkers” sales compared with a January-July share of 7 percent. Hyundai with a 7 percent share compared with 3 percent for the year through July.

Ford’s “clunkers” topped 14 percent, compared with a 15 percent share for the year through July. GM reported 17 percent of “clunkers”  compared with 21 percent from January to July. Chrysler’s “clunkers” share was 6.6 percent, compared with 11 percent.

Now that the “Cash for Clunkers” program is over, WHAT NOW!!. Car Sales for the next months will drop like dead flies. This “Cash for Clunkers” program has not fixed anything. People that fell for this program are not stuck with a $300.0o monthly bill for the next 4 or 5 years depending on the car’s price. This program was only temporary, just like the stimulus jobs program, a 3 month deal.  Car makers and dealerships are now left again with the worst market in a quarter-century.

Stimulus Money Sent To 4,000 Cons

mnWhat a mess up this time Obama, Sending inmates convicted of murder and rape a $250.oo stimulus check. Federal officials say some 4,000 cons nationwide were cashing in the $250.00 checks  the same behind-bars bonus was mailed to nearly 4,000 cons nationwide.

The IG also is investigating whether any improper payments were made to dead beneficiaries, felons on the run from the law, individuals living overseas and recipients no longer legally authorized to live in the United States, said IG spokesman George Penn.

The Inspector General of Social Security is now tracing the checks that were mailed to 3,900 prisoners at a cost of nearly $1 million. The U.S. Treasury Department began mailing the $250 checks to 54.4 million Social Security beneficiaries in May as part of a $13 billion spending plan in Obama’s President $787 billion stimulus bill.
