Why Be Selective, Robin Hood

barack-obamaWhen President Barack Obama lashed out at Wall Street executives for paying out billions in bonuses, why did he focus on Wall Street? Since Obama wants to attach the rich, aim your speech to your rich supports. Why attack Wall Street and ignore all these big business friends of yours, Oprah Winfrey.

This is that “lack of experience, when running things”, oh I forgot he poured hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars into the American financial system to save it from collapse but say “I will only raise taxes on corporations”, and these are the corporations he’s helping. The president said there was a time for corporate leaders to make profits and take home bonuses but now is “not that time.” Obama are you talking about all those rich Democrats that the media seems to look over.

“We’re going to be having conversations as this process moves forward directly with these folks on Wall Street to underscore that they have to start acting in a more responsible fashion,” Obama said. Is this referring to Warren Buffet? Democrats control both chambers so they don’t attack Russell Simmons or Sean Combs, his friends.

President Barack Obama imposed a $500,000 pay cap on some senior executives whose firms receive government financial rescue money, a dramatic intervention into corporate governance in the midst of financial crisis. I have not problem with this. My problem is, If you want to attack the rich, increase taxes on corporations that run the country, be selective, and most of all, Why Bail Out The Companies That Pay The Rich?

Who Else Will Get Their Money?

money-18,500 Congressionally designated projects in the bill and said the cost of these earmarks totaled $7.7 billion., up 3.4 percent from last year. It also includes $208,000 to control a weed known as cogongrass in Mississippi; $1.2 million to control cormorants in Michigan, Mississippi, New York and Vermont; $1 million to control Mormon crickets in Utah; and $162,000 to control rodents in Hawaii. Democrats also earmarked money for the presidential libraries of three Democrats: Franklin D. Roosevelt ($17.5 million), John F. Kennedy ($22 million) and Lyndon B. Johnson ($2 million). Where is ANYTHING for Richard Nixon, Ronald W. Reagan, Gerald R. Ford? $200,000 for a “tattoo removal violence outreach program” in Los Angeles. Aides said the money would pay for a tattoo removal machine that could help gang members or others shed visible signs of their past, and anyone benefiting would be required to perform community service.

If I help him, he’s going to help me

Remember Peggy Joseph, and her famous speech, “I won’t have to worry about putting gas in my car. I won’t have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know, if I help him, he’s going to help me.” Where is she now. I haven’t seen any coverage about here. The media has forgotten here. Why? Washington Post, CNN, New York Times, Boston Globe, CBS, Los Angeles Times, ABC News, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, MSNBC, BBC News, Chicago Sun-Times, Huffington Post question? With the economy situation why has there been no reports to see is Peggy is worried about putting gas in her car. No report to see if Peggy is worried about her mortgate. Lets see if she is helping HIM by paying her taxes, lets see if HE is helping here. The World Will Never Know.

Holder Revives Talk Of An Assault Weapons Ban

(CBS)

Attorney General Eric Holder was busy announcing the capture of more than 50 alleged members of the notorious Sinaloa Cartel yesterday when he unwittingly stepped into a larger debate about gun control.
Responding to a reporter’s question on weapons’ regulations, Holder said, “Well, as President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons. I think that will have a positive impact in Mexico, at a minimum.”

Holder refused to speculate when legislation would move forward.
“There are obviously a number of things that are — that have been taking up a substantial amount of [Obama’s] time, and so, I’m not sure exactly what the sequencing will be,” he said

Abortifacient Facts

The Pill – Progesterone only, low dose combination pills
The Physician’s Desk Reference lists the above hormonal contraceptives as having three mechanisms of action: 1) Prevent ovulation, 2) Thicken the cervical mucous to prevent sperm from entering the uterus and fallopian tube, and 3) Alter the lining of the uterus so implantation cannot take place. The third action, if and when it occurs, is abortifacient (meaning a human life has begun but cannot continue to develop without the nourishment provided through the mother’s uterine wall). Although pro-life physicians continue to debate if and how often hormonal contraceptives interfere with the implantation of an embryo, it is important to educate ourselves and our clients about this potential action of the Pill. Those who seek to protect the sanctity of human life from the point of fertilization should be cautious about taking any drug which could end the developing child’s life.

Norplant
This implant is placed under the skin of the arm for up to a 5 year period. The progesterone hormone’s effect is to suppress ovulation, but after 2 years, there is a greater chance of break-through ovulation and fertilization. The hormone may prevent implantation of the embryo.

Depo-Provera
This Progesterone (hormone) derivative is injected every 3 months to prevent a woman from ovulating, but it also alters the uterine lining. Break-through ovulation and fertilization may occur, though less frequently than with Norplant. The hormone may prevent implantation of the embryo.

Morning after pill
Large doses of existing birth control pills (or another drug levonorgestrel, known as Plan B) are given up to 72 hours after intercourse to attempt to prevent the implantation of the embryo. A second dose is given 12 hours after the first one. The action of these large doses of hormones birth control pills work to prevent ovulation and/or fertilization.

RU-486
When a woman is given RU-486 (also called Mifepristone), it kills her baby by interfering with progesterone, the hormone which keeps the baby implanted in the wall of the mother’s uterus. Two days later, the woman returns to the clinic to receive a prostaglandin drug which induces labor and expels the dead embryo (RU-486 is used until 7 weeks after the first day of her last menstrual period). If the baby hasn’t been expelled by the time the woman makes her third visit to the doctor, she will require a surgical abortion procedure (5-8% likelihood). Raymond, Klein & Dumble, the pro-abortion authors of RU486 Misconceptions, Myths and Morals, (IWT Pub, 1991) stress that RU-486 is not safe for women and list the following contraindications (reasons a person should not take RU-486): under age 18 or over 35; menstrual irregularities; history of fibroids, abnormal menstrual bleeding or endometriosis cervical incompetence, previous abortion, or abnormal pregnancies; pelvic inflammatory disease; recent use of IUD or the pill 3 months.

Methotrexate & Misoprostol
Two drugs that were developed for cancer (methotrexate) and ulcer (misoprostol) treatment are now being used in combination to kill babies. Methotrexate is used to poison the baby and then Misoprostol empties the uterus of the baby. Keep in mind that Methotrexate is a chemotherapy drug with the potential for serious toxicity, which can result in the death of the mother as well as the baby. Creinin et al., JAMA, Oct. 19, 1994 and Physicians Desk Reference)

Democrat Klansman Robert Byrd: Obama in power grab

images-21Sen. (D-W.Va.), the longest-serving Democratic senator, is criticizing President Obama’s appointment of White House “czars” to oversee federal policy, saying these executive positions amount to a power grab by the executive branch.

In a letter to Obama on Wednesday, Byrd complained about Obama’s decision to create White House offices on health reform, urban affairs policy, and energy and climate change. Byrd said such positions “can threaten the Constitutional system of checks and balances. At the worst, White House staff have taken direction and control of programmatic areas that are the statutory responsibility of Senate-confirmed officials.” To read full article click here.

Obama Vows, ‘We Will Rebuild’ and ‘Recover’

WASHINGTON — President Obama urged the nation on Tuesday to see the economic crisis as reason to raise its ambitions, calling for expensive new efforts to address energy, health care and education even as he warned that government bailouts have not come to an end.
