Sarah Palin’s Emails

After a more than two and a half years of delays, the state of Alaska released thousands of emails with more than 24,000 pages of emails expected to be released (totaling 250 pounds of paper), sent and received by Sarah Palin during her tenure as governor. The emails were originally sought by journalists, citizens and other groups in September 2008. The emails’ release was repeatedly delayed, in part because of the sheer number of files, and in part because Palin used a personal email address to conduct public business.
