The bill signed by Governor Jan Brewer will require state police to question people about their immigration status if there is “reasonable suspicion”. The bill takes effect in 90 days making it a crime under state law to be in the US illegally. Question, What is wrong with enforcing a law about Illegal Aliens? THE PERSON’S IMMIGRATION STATUS SHALL BE VERIFIED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PURSUANT TO 8 UNITED STATES CODE SECTION 1373(c).
Arizona’s new immigration law has been called an abomination, racist, arbitrary, oppressive, mean-spirited, unjust and unconstitutional. HOW? When the person is here Illegally! If that’s the case, open the border, hire illegals, let illegals into the schools, give illegals health benefits, pay for illegals education, don’t ask illegals for taxes, don’t ARREST any illegal person for crimes they commit.
