Democrats vs. Democrats
Well, well, well…there is a whole lot of shaking going on in the Democratic party. House Minority Leader John A. Boehner accused Blue Dog Democrats of being “lap dogs” for Obama. WHAT ! MoveOn.org and Americans United for Change, has aired ads urging moderate Democrats in both the House and the Senate to get on board with the president’s budget. WHAT! Sen. Evan Bayh is accusing of “standing in the way of President Obama’s reforms.” You read this right. Something has put the brakes on Obama runaway train and the Liberals are not happy.
What do you expect, look at what has transpired last month. Obama attack Veterans Health Care, currently, veterans with war or service related injuries receive care from the veterans Administration at no cost. Under the White House proposal, those services would have been billed to a veteran’s private insurance instead.
Obama claimed he will tax those that AIG bonuses, these were contracted bonuses, not performance bonuses, Obama went on air, huffing and puffing about the outrage, not mentioning last year he received $104,332.00 from AIG.
Obama signed a $787 billion stimulus bill for the economy and now want to pump another $3.6 trillion in the system and have no report on the success of the $787 billion, very smart right.
Our President Barack Obama signed an executive order ending the federal government’s restrictions on federal funding for some embryonic stem, on a tuesday, two days after signing his executive order Obama signed another bill restricting federal funding for embryonic stem cell research: SEC. 509. (a) None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for—(1) the creation of a human embryo or embryos for research purposes; or (2) research in which a human embryo or embryos are destroyed, discarded, or knowingly subjected to risk of injury or death greater than that allowed for research on fetuses in utero under 45 CFR 46.204(b) and section 498(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 289g(b)). (b) For purposes of this section, the term ‘‘human embryo or embryos’’ includes any organism, not protected as a human subject under 45 CFR 46 as of the date of the enactment of this Act, that is derived by fertilization, parthenogenesis, cloning, or any other means from one or more human gametes or human diploid cells. So what has happened here? Answer…people realize that Obama does not know what he’s doing and they are now questioning his actions.
The moderate Democrats have start reading the documents, something Republicans do, and they don’t like what they are reading. “The liberal groups need to understand that we are not elected to represent the president,” Sen. Mark Pryor said. “We’re elected to represent our states, and we are trying to reflect the attitudes and values of the people who sent us to Washington.” Sen. Evan Bayh is now accused of “standing in the way of President Obama.” Bayh has stated “We literally have no agenda,.” Sen. Bernie Sanders complained that “so-called moderates have the threat of voting with the Republicans” Sanders did a wonderful performance in the quest for a $2.2 trillion distribution answer, by the way Sanders, did you get the answer from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, remember, “My question to you is, will you tell the American people to whom you lent $2.2 trillion of their dollars?” Bernanke replied, “No,”.
With all the confusion of money, health, more money, grant one day, no grant two days later, and still $2.2 trillion unanswered. I would put the brakes on also. Would you?
